This gives us the ability to pull our expertise to allocate time and cost savings and other value-added opportunities. To get on our vendor list, you must first complete a Subcontractor/Vendor Interest Form. Our Vendor Relations Specialist will review the form and if there is a match, they will guide you through our subcontractor/vendor onboarding process.

Builders Command was founded in January of 2020 as a local home remodeling company. The hardest time to start a company and we are still working hard to provide services for you and fulfill your home renovation needs.

Dates are close but not firm. Dates given are generally an estimate of how long construction may take. Dates are often system-driven, and systems estimate dates based on experience and commonly repeated types of construction. For example, dates for a smaller project will be more accurate because of the severity of what is entailed. The larger projects can be difficult to have dates accurate as they will more than likely have some contingencies included in them. Dates provided to customers are a “best estimate.” Conditions such as weather, workload, and construction company availability can impact dates. If a date slips, rest assured it is not because your project is being overlooked. A slipped date can occur if the city or county takes an unusually long time to issue permits, or the permit application submission is delayed, along with the ordering of specialty materials that have to be ordered and are handled by many companies.
